Richard Neville

Richard "Skip" Neville, 59, of Danville passed away at 7:07 pm on Monday, June 27, 2016 at VA Illiana Health Care System, Danville. He was born December 17, 1956 in Chicago, the son of Edwin and Ella Blackwell Neville. Skip will be missed by: life partner, Shonvette Shields of Danville; brother, Kevin Neville of Chicago. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. He was proud to be a part of the 101st airborne in the army, where he was a master jumper and was awarded five purple hearts. He was also a big fan of Seattle SeaHawks, Football. Skip's wishes will be honored with a graveside service at 1:00pm on Tuesday, June 12, 2016 at the Danville National Cemetery.
