Richard K. "Dick" Roulette Richard K. "Dick" Roulette, born August 12, 1939 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to Dean & Margaret (Weytens) Roulette, passed away unexpectedly, June 28, 2015, in Danville, Illinois. Richard proudly served our country in Vietnam, and retired after 24 years, from the United States Army. Dick was a football fan and loved the Green Bay Packers. He enjoyed playing golf. He was always available to help anyone who needed it, he could build anything, remodeling was a specialty of his, and he loved his dog, Maxi II. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Charlene (DeVoss) Roulette, with whom he was united in marriage September 28, 2002, in Harker Heights, TX. Dick is survived by his dear daughter, Susan (Marty) Boles; three stepsons, Johnny, Les and Jeff; his cherished 9 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren; his dear siblings, Michael (Sue) Roulette, Robert (Sharon) Roulette and Phyllis Kyell; and by many other dear relatives and friends. Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Carol; and by his siblings, Lucille, Lois, Joan, Marjorie, Mary, Dean, Edward and Kenny. A visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the 12 noon funeral service in the Church at Danville National Cemetery, Thursday, July 2, 2015, followed by full military honors 1 p.m., at the committal shelter. Memorials in Dick's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
