Richard 'Butch' Lave

Richard Butch Lave, 60, of Danville, passed away on January 11, 2014, at his home. He was born on October 4, 1953, in Oak Park, Illinois. Butch is survived by: his mother, Bernadine Wilborn of Georgetown, his sister, Ione Richards of Georgetown; his nephew Eric Riggle of Georgetown; and his niece, Kim Nichols of Georgetown. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Tom Farris, and his brother, Kenny Lave. Butch had worked for Clean Sweep in Danville. He enjoyed watching Superman movies, but most of all spending time with his family. As per his wishes, Butch will be cremated and a private family service will be held at a later date. Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home, Georgetown, assisted his family with arrangements.
