Randy J. Stark

WESTVILLE - Randy J. Stark, 63, of Danville passed away Saturday evening, February 21, 2015 at Presence United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville. Born February 23, 1951 in Danville, he was the son of Joseph C. “Babe” and Barbara (Coleman) Stark. Randy was a graduate of Westville High School. Randy worked for General Motors in his early adulthood. He was a caring, witty and fun loving person. Randy was a car enthusiast and he loved music, especially rock and roll. He enjoyed going out with his sister and friends, and he loved spending time with his family and at the Westville Labor Day Parade. Randy is survived by three brothers, David (Nancy) Stark of Austin, TX, Paul (Debbie) Stark of Westville and Bruce (Becky) Stark of Danville; one sister, Melissa (Tim) Harper of Ogden; five nieces, Jenny LaFond, Nicole Ward, Jaime Lehr, Amanda Stark and Katlyn Stark; two nephews, Cole Stark and Grant Harper; and a cousin, Amy Jessup. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, John Stark. A service to celebrate Randys life will be 10 a.m. Thursday, February 26th at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel in Westville. Following services, he will be laid to rest beside his parents at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. A memorial has been established in Randys memory for the Danville Care - New Focus Achievement Program.
