Randy D. Lamb

Cayuga, Ind. - Randy D. Lamb, 66, of Cayuga, passed away at 8:02 a.m. EST Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. He was born May 13, 1948 in Crawfordsville, Indiana, the son of the late Betty J. Kinderman Lamb Delp and Virgil L. Lamb. He married Anna Marie Peterson on August 1, 1999 in Cayuga, Indiana. She preceded him in death on September 28, 2010. Survivors include three stepchildren, Terry(Ashley)Peterson of Cayuga, Indiana; Jamie Williams and Kristy Carpenter both of Champaign, Illinois; six grandchildren and one sister, Brenda(Stan)Smith of Williamsport, Indiana. Randy was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Becky; sister, Joyce Moffett and brother, Larry Lamb. Randy retired from the Vermillion County Highway Department in 1993. Randy enjoyed riding horses, mushrooming, cutting wood, raising goats and being outdoors. He was a great dad and awesome grandpa, and will be deeply missed.
