Ralph Hamand

Ralph I. Hamand, 57, of Centralia, formerly of Georgetown, passed away at 10:05am, Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at St. Mary's Hospital in Centralia. He was born on August 25, 1955, in Danville, IL, the son of Ralph Allan and Doris M. {Williford} Hamand. Ralph was an avid Cardinals fan. He liked going roller skating and loved walking. He will be missed by his mother, Doris Hamand of Urbana and his sisters, Sally Griffith of Cayuga & Martha (John) Payne of Westville. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph, and his brother, Marion. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, March 1, 2013, at Sunset Memorial Park, Danville. Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
