Rae Ann Klink

Rae Ann Klink, 46, of Georgetown, passed away at 2:29pm, Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. She was born on August 1, 1973, in Danville, IL, the daughter of Ray Klink and Suzanne Paltridge. Rae Ann will be missed by: her mother, Suzanne (Dennis) Niziolkiewicz; her father, Ray (Lisa) Klink; her partner, AJ Jones; her siblings, Carla Hilligoss, Joshua Niziolkiewicz, Shannon Roberts, & Sarah Nixon; her many nieces and nephews; and one great nephew. Rae Ann worked in law enforcement for the Vermilion County Sheriffs Department for nine years and later worked for the Illinois State Police in the Crime Lab. She then later worked at V.A.S.E. as a job coach. She loved animals, being outdoors, sports, and crafts. She enjoyed camping as well as traveling. Rae Ann was known to many as a really loving and very kind person who never met a stranger. She had a big heart and was always willing to help people. A private family service will be held and per her wishes, she will be cremated. Her family has entrusted her care to Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Georgetown, Illinois 200 E. West St. Georgetown, Illinois 61846. Memorial donations may be given in her name to the Vermilion County Animal Shelter, Tilton.
