Quinn 'Big Country' S. Jordan

Quinn Steven Jordan, affectionately known as "Big Country", went to be with Jesus June 21, 2024.

This kind, generous loving son, brother, grandson, great-grandson, nephew, and cousin was born on October 26, 2005.

Quinn is survived by his parents Michael and Jessica (Kotcher) Jordan; his sister Bella Jordan; brother Liam Jordan; grandparents Richard and Toni (Campbell) Kotcher, John and Sherri (Smith) Landis, Cathy Jordan, and great-grandparents Tom and Helen Smith.

Aunts and uncles Jeff and Danielle (Kotcher) Hance, Eric and Lindsey (Nigra) Jordan, Matt Jordan, Drew and Hannah (George) Landis, and Colby Landis.

Quinn adored his cousins Jordan Nottoli, Oliver and Ben Hance, Aubriana, Brayden, and Cambree Jordan, Moses, Lucy Honora and Henry Landis.

Quinn enjoyed cooking, especially his "famous" grilled cheese. He loved motorcycles, 4-wheelers, tractors, old square body trucks, swimming and fishing.

Quinn and Grandpa Jordan shared a love for the Cubs and treasured their time together watching them play. Quinns best friend was his dad. They spent most days working together on projects around the house, target shooting, and caring for their pig, Beans.

He loved to tease his mama. Quinn was her protector, and she will forever cherish his bear hugs, shared only with her.

Quinn recently graduated from GRHS, where he put his Construction Trades class skills to use making gifts for his family.

Quinn was a warm-hearted, good-humored, loyal friend who is now resting in the presence of his great-grandmas Ruth, Juanita, and Barb, and his grandpa Jordan.

A visitation celebrating his life will take place on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 4- 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Homes Houghton-Leasure Chapel, located at 200 E. West Street in Georgetown. A service will follow at 7 pm on Wednesday allowing family and friends to share fond memories and stories they have with Quinn.
