Phyllis Janet Payne

Phyllis Janet Payne, 61, of Bismarck, went to be with the lord on September 19, 2014 peacefully at her home with her husband by her side. She was born on May 3, 1953 in San Jose, CA, the daughter of Richard and Georgina (Brinley) Ragona. She married Michael Payne on September 1, 1973 in Long Beach, CA, he survives. Phyllis will be deeply missed by her father, husband, one son, William (Jamie) Hickey of Paris, IL, daughter, Heather (Robert) McMasters of Danville, sisters, Colleen Doyle of CA, Lorrie Ragona of WA, grandchildren; William, Joanna, Taylor, Madison and Jenna. She was preceded in death by her mother, and one brother. Phyllis was a kind loving women and never had an enemy. She worked at Teepak, Wal-Mart and AutoZone for several years. She enjoyed sewing, fishing, vacationing in the Rocky Mountains, spending time with her grandchildren, who she loved immensely, her husky dogs and cat. Phyllis and Michael just got to enjoy 42 wonderful years together on September 1, 2014. Services are pending at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville.
