Fithian - Phil Livingston "Grench" of Fithian, Illinois passed away on November 18, 2023.

Phil was born on July 17, 1943 in Potomac, Illinois, son of James and Dorvis (Loy) Livingston.

He married Pat Cade on July 8, 1967 in Potomac, Illinois. She survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Shelly (Bryan) Walker of Mulberry, Indiana and Stacey (Mike) Wombles of Fithian, Illinois.; three granddaughters, Abbey Walker, Maddie Wilson, and Jordan (Jon) Bouvet; two sisters, Mary Myers of El Paso, Texas and Martha Long of Melbourne, Florida; sister-in-law Barb Livingston of Urbana, Illinois.

He was proceeded in death by his son, Brent Lee Livingston.

Phil graduated from Potomac High School in 1962. He served in the US Navy from 1962-1966

during the Vietnam War aboard the USS Constellation. He worked for Hyster/NACCO for 39 years as a painter and millwright.

He loved the Illini, the Dallas Cowboys and was very fond of 'The Grench!"

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 1pm-3pm at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 3940 N. Vermilion St. Danville, IL, 61834.
