Perry E. Todd

Danville- Perry E. Todd, 86, of Danville passed away at 11:45 AM on Monday, December 19, 2011 at North Logan Health Care in Danville. He was born on August 31, 1925 in Danville to Harry E. and Elma E. Winn Todd. He married Corabelle Brown on May 26, 1946. She survives. Also surviving are a son, Robert (Liz) Todd; three daughters, Marlene Williams, Connie (Rick) Ross, and Dianna (Dennis Gray) Todd; a brother, Harry "John" (Darlene) Todd; a sister, Lois West; eight grandchildren, Scott (Katherine) Williams, Kimberly (Kevin) Coe, Rhonda (Doug) Hardy, Jennifer (Randy) Miller, Melinda (Rob) McConkey, Julie (Chad) Herzog, Kristie (Scott) Thompson, and Shellie Todd; 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Charles "Edgar" Todd. Perry had worked for Allith Prouty and Illinois Power before retiring from Danville Metal Stamping. Per Perry's wishes, private graveside services were held at Johnson Cemetery in Danville. Memorials in his name may be made to Passages Hospice.
