Cayuga, Ind. --- Pastor Peggy Ann Myler, 74, of Cayuga, Ind passed away at 7:45 am, Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at St. Vincent Hospice, Indianapolis, Ind. She was born October 30, 1931, in Danville, Ill, the daughter of the late Durbin and Wilma McNeese Ransom. She first married Paul Bright and later married Floyd Myler. Pastor Peggy is survived by a son, Paul Michael (Nancy Myers) Bright of Crawfordsville, Ind, a grandson, Chris Bright of Cayuga, Ind, five great-grandchildren, Morgan, Kobe, Cade, Trey and Halle Bright of Cayuga. Also a brother, Jerry (Marcia) Ransom of Georgetown, Ill, a sister, Venita (Robert) Jensen of Taylorville, Ill and several nieces and nephews. Pastor Peggy started her ministry as an assistant pastor and for the past 25 years has served the Community Holiness Church in Cayuga as the full time minister. She worked 20 years for Peterson Puritan in Danville, Ill, retiring in 1989. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, her church family and being with her own family. Services: 2 pm EDT Saturday, October 21, 2006, at the Community Holiness Church, Cayuga Officiating: Rev. Clay Adams Burial: Woodlawn Cemetery, Indianola, Ill Visitation: Noon to 2 pm EDT at the Community Holiness Church located on South Division Street, Cayuga.
