Pauline Suchaczewski

Pauline Suchaczewski, age 84, of Danville, passed away at 9:45 am on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Danville Care Center in Danville. She was born July 20, 1924 in Kewanee, IL the daughter of Lester and Juanita Pierson. They preceded her in death. Pauline was also preceded in death by her sister: Marcella Howard and a very special man in her life: Bill Smith. She is survived by five nieces: Paula (Jr.) Young, Mary (Mike) Eberly, Diane (Rick) Bacon, Jane Cook, Diane Howard; two nephews: Butch (Bev) Howard, Duane (Hope) Howard; several great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews; Bill Smiths family and very special friends and co-workers. Pauline retired from Quaker Oats in 1992. She liked going to flea markets and rummage sales. Pauline loved going shopping with her sister. She enjoyed decorating her home for the holidays and having parties with her co-workers, close friends, and family. Pauline was loved by all of us and will be missed by all of us. A celebration of the life of Pauline Suchaczewski will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home in Danville. Entombment will follow the service at Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 pm on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made in Paulines name to Danville Care Center.
