Pauline B Jones

Pauline B. Jones, 90, of Danville, formerly of Georgetown, passed away at 4:30am, Sunday, September 2, 2012, at Hawthorne Inn, Danville. She was born on May 16, 1922, in Humrick, IL, to John and Bessie {Fortner} Collum, both deceased. She was united in marriage to Lowell E. Jones until his passing in 1991. She is survived by: her son, Robert K. (Phyllis) Jones of Danville; and her grandchildren, Bryan Jones of Effingham, Kevin (Sandee) Jones of Ridge Farm, Bobby Wheeler of Danville, Tish (Shane) Foley of Oakwood, & Brenda (Jason) Reffett of Danville. She was preceded in death by two sisters. Pauline worked for Peterson's for 30 plus years. She loved to go dancing on Saturday Nights at the Eagle's Club and also going camping. Pauline's funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, September 6, 2012, at Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Chapel with Pastor James Blue officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in Sunset Memorial Park, Danville.
