Paul Thomas "Tater" Wills, 80, of Danville, passed away on April 21, 2015 at the Illinois Veteran's Home in Quincy, IL. He was born on June 13, 1934 in Ridge Farm, IL, the son of Harry and Margaret (Holmes) Wills. Paul will be deeply missed by one brother, Harry Wills Jr. of Danville, three nephews; Robert, Stephen and David Wills, one niece, Allison Williamson and nine great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister-in-law, Roberta Wills. Paul was a member of the United States Navy and earned the rank of Seaman 1st Class. He was co-owner of a Mobil gas station in Danville for a few years. He enjoyed Ford automobiles, the Chicago Bears, collecting coins and always wanted to be a semi driver but his disability kept him from pursuing his dream. A celebration of Paul's life will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville with Fr. Greg Nelson officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00 PM prior to the service. He will be laid to rest at Danville National Cemetery.
