Paul was a welder and shop foreman at Cronkhite Industries for 23 years. He spent the last 14 years as a welder at Masterguard in Veedersburg, IN. He had just retired at the beginning of this summer.
He enjoyed spending time outdoors, taking care of his yard, swimming and playing roof ball with his granddaughters, fishing, mushroom hunting, searching along the riverbanks for Indian beads. He enjoyed coin collecting and glass bottle collecting. One of his favorite pastimes was watching westerns. He recently started carving walking sticks. But, what he enjoyed most of all was spending time with his family, especially his daughters and grandchildren. Joey had the most contagious smile and laugh. If you ask anyone to describe Joey in one word, the answer will always be funny. He had a heart of gold and was one of the hardest working men you could ever come across.
