Paul Frederick

Paul Elias Frederick, age 64, of Sidell IL, passed away at 9:35 AM on January 25th 2008 at Provena USMC of stroke and diabetic related complications. He was born on May 7th, 1943 in Anoka MN the son of Ted and Coral (Playle) Frederick. He married Marilee Kay Jennings on November 2nd 1964 in Osseo, Hennepin County. MN. He is survived by his wife and daughter, Pauletta Kay (Rondall) Burgess of Hendersonville TN; and two brothers, William Bil Henry (Barbara) Frederick of Ontario, CA and Arnold Joy (Sharon) Frederick of Las Vegas, NV. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Dora Mae (Frederick) Stofferahn. Paul worked nights in the custodial department at Danville Area Community College for 26 years, (1975 " 2000) He loved to repair bicycles for local children and was nicknamed the Bicycle Man. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Per his wishes, he will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at East Park Church of Christ, 1224 E Vorhees Street, Danville, IL 61834 at 2pm on Sunday January 27th, 2008. Ray Nasser will officiate the service. Paul had fond memories of driving the bus for the Church and delivering tapes to the shut ins many years ago. The family requests no flowers to be sent.
