Paul Crowder

Paul Mac Crowder, 76, of Danville, Illinois passed away at his home with his sister by his side on Monday January 13, 2025. Paul was born the son of Wendel and Luella (Glaze) Crowder on April 28, 1948, in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Paul married the love of his life on May 30, 1969, Gail Lynn Smith. She preceded him in death on December 20, 2023.

 Paul leaves behind his two children and their spouses, four grandchildren, his sister Diana Crowder (William) Jaffe who was his caregiver, two brothers; Michael (Cathy) and Wendel (Donita) Crowder Jr, and a sister-in-law Angie Crowder. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and one brother Marvin Crowder. Paul worked at TeePak in Danville until his retirement. Paul served in the United States Navy. He was a hard worker and enjoyed his time with family and friends.

 A memorial service for Paul will be held at 2pm est on Saturday February 1, 2025, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Covington, Indiana, 420 3rd street. Greg Taylor will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 1-2 pm est. Paul will be laid to rest with his wife at Coal Creek Cemetery with military rights.
