Patty Comstock

Patricia “Patty” (Steele) Comstock, 63, of Danville passed away at 3:41pm, Thursday, September 18, 2014 at her home. She was born the daughter of Albert and Violet (Vallangeon) Gasior on February 21, 1951 in Danville. She was united in marriage to Jack Comstock on July 13, 1999, in Las Vegas, Nevada, until his passing on July 1, 2011. She is survived by: her sister, Nancy Gumm of Georgetown; her nieces & nephews, Kim (Michael) White, Buddy Knight, David Knight, Cody Gumm, Jill Gumm, and Jake Gumm; and her six great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by: her parents and one sister, Sandra Knight. Patty was a member of the Second Church of Christ. She loved to travel and was always up for an adventure. She also enjoyed playing cards especially Euchre. Patty will be deeply missed by all who knew her especially the children she taught she loved them like her own children. A celebration of Pattys life will be held privately. Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. She will be laid to rest in Georgetown Cemetery at a later date.
