Patrick Bolliger

Champaign- Patrick Bolliger, 21, of Champaign passed away at 9:15 AM on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at his home. He was born on September 16, 1994 in Westerville, OH to Nyle E. and Susan (Furlong) Bolliger. They survive. He is also survived by a daughter, Ayla Mae Bolliger; a girlfriend, Linda Ravaioli; three sisters, Quinn, Regan, and Fiona Bolliger, all of Homer; grandparents, Joe and Janice Furlong of Charleston, IL and Marcia Bolliger of Kalispell, MT; aunts and uncles, Kelly and Greg Collins of Seattle, WA, Becky and Brian Cousins of Aurora, IL Kyle and Colleen Kappes of Monticello, IL and Tim and Ramona Furlong of Bismark, ND. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Gary Bolliger. Patrick was a 2013 graduate of St. Thomas Moore High School and was pursuing a Computer Engineering Degree at Parkland College. He was currently working at County Market on Kirby Rd. in Champaign. Patrick loved computers and electronics. He also enjoyed fishing, hanging out with friends, taking road trips, and travelling to the beach. Most importantly, Patrick was a great father, brother, and son. A funeral mass will be held for Patrick Bolliger at 10 AM on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Philo. Father Robert Lampitt and Father Michael Menner will officiate. Graveside services will be private. Visitation will be held from 4 - 7 PM on Monday, June 20 at Sunset's Champaign-Urbana Chapel at 710 N. Neil St. in Champaign. A Rosary Service will be held at 3:45 just prior to visitation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ayla Bolliger's name at any U of I Credit Union.
