Patricia R. Dreher

Cayuga, Ind. - Patricia R. Dreher, 78, of Cayuga, passed away at 10:02 p.m. EDT Sunday, August 31, 2014 at Union Hospital Clinton in Clinton, Indiana. Patricia was born May 5, 1936 in Vincennes, Indiana the daughter of the late Oscar and Rachel Petts McCormick. Patricia married Herman E. Dreher on May 5, 1955 in Shepardsville, Indiana. He preceded her in death on March 19, 2009. Survivors include two sons, Carson(Patti)Dreher and Kent(Sandy)Dreher both of Cayuga, Indiana; three grandchildren, Mike(Roxann)Dreher; Sarah(Corey)Wilson and Benjamin Dreher; four great grandchildren, Alexandrea Dreher; Nichole Dreher; Finley Wilson and Amelia Wilson; one sister, Winnie Jane Black of Vincennes, Indiana; two brothers, Paul(Celeste)McCormick and Joe(Mary)McCormick both of Edwardsport, Indiana; special friends of the family, Chase and Johona Bailey and many nieces and nephews. Patricia was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother. Patricia was a homemaker. She was a member of the Hopewell Friends Church in Quaker, Indiana. Patricia was a 1954 graduate of Pleasantville High School. She enjoyed sewing, crossword puzzles, reading and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Funeral services: Noon EDT Friday, September 5, 2014 at Hopewell Friends Church in Quaker, Indiana; Burial: Hopewell Cemetery; Visitation: 11 a.m. EDT Friday, September 5, 2014 until time of services at the church.
