Patricia 'Pat' Aleen Pelszynski

Patricia Pat Aleen Pelszynski, 68, of Danville, passed away Friday, December 25, 2009 at her home. Pat was born on July 2, 1941 in Greenup, Illinois, the daughter of Herman Rufus and Mary (Hart) Williams. She is survived by her life partner- Milton Brown of Danville; two sons- Stephen (Marla) Pelszynski of Burket, Indiana and James (Glenda) Pelszynski of Aurora, Colorado; one daughter- Tammy (Ed) Martin of Danville; one sister-Linda; eight grandchildren- Jessi, Tricia, Kyle, Katy, Ashley, Joseph, Angela, Kristan; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother- Gary Hart. Pat graduated from Schlarman High School in 1959. She worked for Steelgrip for 17 years, until she retired. She previously attended Holy Family Church. Pat enjoyed sewing, crocheting, bowling, traveling, animals and going to yard sales. A Celebration of the Life of Patricia Pat Aleen Pelszynski will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 28, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park following the service. Memorials may be made to the Danville Humane Society.
