Patricia Cary

Patricia B. Cary, 79, of Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Danville, passed away at 6:00 P.M., Friday May 9, 2008 at Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center, Fort Myers. She was born July 10, 1928 in Danville, Illinois, the oldest daughter of Raymond and Dora (Slater) Gregorie. Patricia married Ralph B. Cary on September 17, 1955 in Danville. He preceded her in death on July 31, 2004. . She is survived by her five daughters, Penelope (Tim) Sherlock of Ft. Wayne, IN, Beth Cary of Ft. Myers, FL, Bridget (Jeff) Baugh of Bloomington, IN, Amanda Cary and Kelly Cary (Rick DuJardin), both of Fort Myers, FL; five grandchildren, Emily Baugh, Courtney Baugh, William Sherlock, Carli Cary, and David Cary; and one brother Robert (Patricia) Gregorie, of Fort Walton, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, Raymond Gregorie, and one sister Judy (Gregorie) Lutchka. Patricia attended St. Marys College, in Notre Dame, IN, where she received a degree in music. A Mass of Christian Burial for Patricia B. Cary will be held at 11:00A.M., Friday, May 16, 2008, at Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Greg Nelson as celebrant. Burial will be in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
