Parthenia 'Tena' Ralph

Parthenia "Tena" Ralph passed this life at 7:11pm, Friday, October 28, 2022. She was born April 30, 1941 in Marshall, Illinois, to Arthur and Clarine (Moore) Washburn. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved children, Kathy Hall, Kimberly Petticrew, Kelly Laws, Krystal Bryant, and John Petticrew and a host of adored grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by three sisters, Barbara Sanders, Cora Petticrew, and Martha Myler; and her two brothers, Marshall Washburn and Ray Washburn. Tena loved to play bingo, go to the casino, and watch her "stories". She was generous to everyone she met, from family members to strangers. She was the anchor of her family and was always ready to celebrate every holiday, birthday, and special occasion. Tena was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Arthur Ralph, and by her brother, Arthur Washburn. The family would like to acknowledge all the friends and loved ones for their support and many prayers. They would like to offer a special thanks to Tenas son-in-law, Bill Hall, for his generosity and willingness to go above and beyond to care for Tena.
