Pamela Hyde

Pamela Hyde, 54, of Westville passed away at Presence United Medical Center in Danville on Saturday December 16th, 2017. Pam was born December 3rd, 1963 in Honolulu, Hawaii the daughter of John and Ruth (Nagasako) Mattes. Pam married James Hyde in 1986 at Alvin Church of God. James survives. Also surviving Pam is her mother Ruth Frost, two daughters; Jamiee Hyde and Kimberly (Shawn Richards) Mattes, three grandchildren; Payton, Dylan and Leya. Pam was preceded in death by her father, step father James, and one daughter Ashley Hyde. Pam worked at KIK for many years. She enjoyed reading, knitting and loved to be around her friends and family. A celebration of Pam's life will be at 11am on Wednesday December 20, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center at 3940 N. Vermilion St. in Danville. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation for Pam will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday December 20th, 2017 from 9-11am.
