Ona Marie Allhands, 84, of Ocala, FL, formerly of Georgetown passed away Monday September 20, 2004 at 6:15 p.m. EST at Marian House Health Care Center in Ocala, FL. She was born on November 10, 1919 in Jamaica, IL the daughter of William I. And Katie M. Baker Walls. She married C. Bert Allhands on. He preceded her in death on September 14, 1976. Survivors include: four sons, Roger E. (Linda) Allhands of Salt Springs, FL, Richard A. (Laverne) Allhands of Olivet, Rickie D. (Sheryl) Allhands of Danville, IL, and Ronnie D. Allhands of Jacksonville, FL; one sister, Betty L. Reffett of Danville; five grandchildren, Deanna Thompson of Denver, CO, Kristina Allhands of Jacksonville, FL, Melissa and Amanda Allhands both of Danville, and Suzanne in Louisiana; six great grandchildren, five step grandchildren, eighteen step great grandchildren, 11 step great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Her parents, two brothers, and one sister preceded her in death. Ona was a member of the Salt Springs Christian Church. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, reading, and especially her family and friends.
