O.J. Michael

O.J. Michael, Jr., 75, of Decatur, passed away at 10:40 pm on Sunday, September 4th at his daughter's home in Danville, Illinois. O.J. was born on October 30th, 1935, the son of Dr. O.J. and Pauline (Smith) Michael. He married Natalie Vlaisovich on April 16th, 1965.He is survived by his wife Natalie Michael of Decatur and daughter Melissa Michael of Danville. He was preceded in death by his parents. He was a career-long pharmaceutical representative for Warner-Lambert until his retirement after 31 years. A special debt of gratitude is owed to his physicians, Drs. Elliott, Goetter and Velasco, for their excellent care and sincere compassion. Private family services were held on September 7th at Sunset Funeral Home with burial following the service in a family plot in rural Vermilion County.
