Steven Hosch Obituary

Steven Neal Hosch, 32, went to be with Jesus Monday April 29, 2019. Steve was born October 24, 1986 in Danville to Christopher and Deborah (Wayland) Hosch.

Steve graduated from Danville High School in 2005, he continued his education at Fresno City College, and went on to graduate from North Park University, Chicago in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business, with a concentration in accounting.

Steve loved soccer. He started for the varsity soccer teams at all three of those schools. Steve even went on to work for US Soccer, traveling the world with all of their teams. Sports was a big part of Steve’s life and as an adult he enjoyed running, nature, hiking, and playing in adult soccer leagues. Steve resided in Scottsdale, AZ where he was employed as a staff accountant at Bro Retail.

Steve’s faith, family and friends were his prized possessions. He was very grateful for the love and support he received from his family and friends. Anyone that came in contact with Steve immediately felt at ease and he made them feel important. A friend wrote: “We’re going to miss you very much! Your smile and laugh will forever be remembered in our hearts. You were one of the kindest and coolest guys I’ve ever met.”

Survivors include his father and mother, a brother Andrew, a niece Scarlett, and grandmother Jane Hosch all residing in Danville, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
