Richard E Kinney

     Richard E. Kinney, 75, of Fishers, Indiana, formerly of Tilton, IL, passed away at 1:23am, Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at Community Hospital East, Indianapolis, Indiana.  He was born in Danville, IL, on July 18, 1944, the son of Clifford and Anna {West} Kinney.  He was married to Sheryl A. Miller on January 15, 1966.

     He is survived by his son, Richard T. (Katy) Kinney of Lenexa, Kansas; his daughter, Tisha (Tim) Craghead of Fishers, IN; his sisters, Sue Johnson of Westville, Alberta McCord of Danville, & Freida Kinney of Catlin; his grandchildren, Tiara Craghead & Anthony Kinney.  He was preceded in death by:  his parents; his wife, Sheryl; his brother, Doc Kinney; and his sisters, Audrey, Betty, Dorothy, & Anabelle.

     Richard retired from General Motors.  He enjoyed cooking, woodworking, and working in the garden.  He loved to fix up his house and dogs.  He especially cherished his family and spending time with them. 

     The family will have private services and has entrusted his care to Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Georgetown, Illinois 200 E.
