Rhonda (Johnson) Miller

     Rhonda Miller, 62, of Danville passed away at 11:16pm, Friday, July 9, 2021, at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center, Danville.  She was born on April 29, 1959, in Danville, the daughter of Herbert and Diane {Bukowski} Johnson, both deceased.  She was married to Michael Miller, formerly of Westville, in 1995.  He survives, as well as her son, Jeremy Johnson, whom she adored and lovingly took care of, and her aunt, Janet (Allan) Bishop.
     Rhonda worked at the Danville Veterans Administration as a nurse for 17 years.  She enjoyed being outside and going mushroom hunting.  She also enjoyed listening to music and making her own jewelry.  She loved her son and enjoyed taking care of him.  She will be dearly missed by her best friend and husband, Michael, and many others whose lives she touched.
     A celebration of Rhonda’s life will be held at 1:00pm, Sunday, July 18, 2021, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Westville, Illinois 414 S State St. Westville, Illinois 61883.  Visitation will be held 11:00am to 1:00pm on Sunday prior to her service at the funeral home.  She will be accorded cremation rites as were her wishes.  Memorial donations may be given in her name to donor’s choice of charity.  Please join her family in sharing memories through her Tribute Wall at www.sunsetfuneralhome.com.
