Patricia Ellen Caudill

Patricia “Pat” Ellen Caudill, 74, of Danville, Illinois, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. She was born on May 30, 1948, in Danville, IL, and is the only child of Robert and Virginia Long. She married Theodore “Ted” Caudill on August 29, 1992, in Danville, IL.

She is survived by her husband; son, Samuel (Sabrina) New; stepchildren, Wentress Caudill, Corbett Caudill, and Hollie (Rodney) Austin; grandchildren, Tiffanie, Cody, Dana, Samuel Jr., Robert, Bridget, Zachary, Kristen, Kamron, Summer, Taylor, Trenton, Katelynn, Brennen, Michaela, Rylan, Brythan, Meishka; and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Jennifer (Chris) Pavlick; and step-grandson, Uri Caudill.

Pat worked for DACC and Stateline Hillcrest Animal Hospital. She was an avid reader, crocheter, and animal lover. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 3940 N Vermilion Street Danville, Illinois, 61834.  Bishop Scott Tilman will officiate. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Danville, IL. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00am prior to the services on Saturday.
