Joyce Okeli of Champaign, formerly of Muncie, IL, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL. Mrs. Okeli was born on January 8, 1939 in Camden, NJ to George and Josephine Winkles. She married Matt Okeli on August 10, 1981. She is preceded in death by her husband and survived by her brother Edwin Winkles and sister Joan Vennell of New Jersey, grandson James Cox, granddaughter Elizabeth (Jason) Engler, grandson Gerald (Amber) Barnett, and 7 great-grandchildren.
