Carolyn S Judy

   Carolyn S. Judy, 62, of Georgetown, passed away at 10:09am, Friday, October 15, 2021, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.  She was born on March 19, 1959, in Indianapolis, IN, the daughter of Vernon and Myrtle Judy.
     She is survived by her life partner, Daniel Huyck of Georgetown; her daughter, Jessica (Jeffery) James of Danville; her grandchildren, Ricky Fayard III, Brittany Fayard, Sarah Fayard, Xavier Jacobs, Alaina Delhaye, Johnny Melancon, Emilee James, & Jessica Whittinghill; her great grandchildren, Kelian Harris Jr, Harper Fayard, Adrian Fayard, Trace Ligocki, & Eli Whittinghill; her brother, Danny Judy; and her sister, Rindy Ally.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Ricky Fayard Jr.; and her sister, Patty Judy.
      Carolyn had worked in New Orleans as a waitress and bartender for many years.  She loved to dance, cook, and play Scrabble, as well as gardening.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
     As per her wishes, Carolyn will be accorded cremation rites with no services at this time.  Her family was assisted by Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Georgetown, Illinois 200 E.
