Angela "Angel" James Obituary

Angel James, 60, previously of Westville, IL resided in Nashville, TN passed away December 23, 2021 at home. She was born on April 29, 1961, in Danville, IL, the daughter of Ronald Duane James, Sr. and Henrietta Marie (Dieu) James-Delp.

Angel was a graduate of the Westville High School Class of ‘79. Then she worked at the Polyclinic and spent several years in banking until she was disabled with heart issues in 2002. She was married to Jeff Arnold for several years and loved step-daughter, Ashley (Arnold) Nose. She moved to Nashville in 2010 near her daughter Kaileigh (James) Dunn and enjoyed living with her dog, Callie.

She will be dearly missed by her mother, Henrietta (William) Delp, step-father, William Delp, sister, Tresa (Dan) Wilcox, daughter, Kaileigh (Russell) Dunn, grandchildren, Jackson and Harper-Rose, nephew, Collin Wilcox, niece, Erin Wilcox, best friend, Michelle Cheuvront, neighbor, Lisa Dorton, and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Duane James Sr., brother, Ronald Duane James Jr., and many grandparents, aunts, and uncles. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park in Danville, IL.
