Adam J. Campos

Adam Joel Campos, 38, of Champaign passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Urbana on November 13, 1984, the son of Tina Kington and Alfonso Campos.

Adam is survived by his parents, Tina and Alfonso, children, Zachary, and Caleb Campos, significant other, Teilea Chaney, brother, Damien Kington, nieces, Alyssa, Hailey, and Sofia Kington, best friend, Sean Hundley, and many other family members.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe and Sonya Kington, aunt, Paula Kington Miller, and uncles, Mark, and Fred Kington.

Adam enjoyed fishing and gaming. He adored his family and loved to spend time with them. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting him.

In honor of Adam’s wishes the family has called upon the care of Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center to follow through with his cremation. A memorial service will take place at 7pm on March 2, 2023, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Champaign, Illinois 710 N Neil St. Champaign, Illinois 61820.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be given to the family, which will go towards Adam’s sons Zachary and Caleb.
