Norman Lee Allen

Norman Lee Allen, 59, of Georgetown, passed away at 7:43pm, Monday, June 20, 2011, at Provena USMC, Danville. He was born on June 24, 1951, in Danville, IL, the son of Charles and Marilyn {Humrichous} Allen. His mother preceded him in death. Surviving are: his father, Charles Allen; his sister, Paula Jane (Stan) Boelman, England; two aunts; two nephews; and several cousins. Norman loved sports and loved to watch them on television. A Celebration of Normans life will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, June 30, 2011, at Bethel Baptist Church, Georgetown, with Pastor Mike Roberts officiating. Visitation will be 4p-8p, Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Chapel, A Life Celebration Home, Georgetown. He will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery, Indianola.
