Norma Marie Tevebaugh

Danville Norma Marie Tevebaugh, 77, of Danville went to be with her Lord and Savior at 5:36 PM at Arcadia Care in Danville, IL on August 27, 2020

Norma was born on May 24, 1943 the daughter of Charles and Marie (Aquino) Mitchell in Danville.

Survivors include one son, Larry "Toby" Tevebaugh of Catlin, IL, one daughter, Terri (John) Denney of Danville, IL, two brothers, David (Donna) Mitchell of Tilton, IL and Robert (Patty) Mitchell of Tilton, IL, one sister, Nancy (Jerry) Garland of Tilton, IL, six grandchildren, Jamie Hoopingarner, Shelby Smith (Dylan Hughes), Jordan Tevebaugh, Brady Tevebaugh, William Taylor and Jennifer Denney and Shawn Denney, and six great-grandchildren as well as one sister-in-law, Judy Mitchell of Tilton, IL and one brother-in-law, Chuck Zimmerman of Bismarck, IL.

Norma is preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter, Lisa Marie and daughter, Teresa Marie, one sister, Wanda Zimmerman and one brother, Charlie Mitchell.

Norma was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and in recent years attended Second Church of Christ with her son, Toby. She was an avid Elvis Presley fan and enjoyed various other music artists like Kenny Rogers and Lionel Richie. Most of all, Norma loved her family dearly and received great pleasure spending time with them.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday September 3, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834. Greg Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 from 5:00 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church or Second Church of Christ.
