Nicole 'Nykky' Lynn Harris

Nicole Nykky Lynn Harris, 19, of Westville, passed away at 1:43 am on Saturday, October 12, 2013, as the result of an automobile accident. She was born September 25, 1994 in Danville, to Marcus Harris and Patricia Harris. Nicole will be dearly missed by her Mom, Patricia Harris, Dad and Step-Mom, Marcus (Amanda) Harris, all of Westville; two brothers, Branden and Blaine Harris of Westville; one stepbrother, Billy Eldridge of Westville; Grandparents Rebekah (Mark) Sandlin of Georgetown, Kathleen Harris of Danville and Chuck and Valle Shelby of Hawbuck; Great Grandparents Darlene “Maw” Sellers of Danville and Mary Lou (Darrel) Sigler of Alabama; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Larry Anderson and Frank Harris; one great grandma, Sylvia Nagrodski; one great grandfather, Arthur Sellers and one aunt, Marilyn Ceadar. Nicole loved painting fingernails, reading and watching bad movies with her friends and family. She enjoyed hanging out with her friends and spent a lot of time on Facebook, (sometimes well into the night). She was creative and liked to knit, making scarves for members of her family. She had a soft heart for animals especially horses, her dog, Baka and two rats, Sunny and Midnight. A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel, Westville. A celebration of Nicoles life will be at 11:00 am on Friday, October 18, 2013 at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Nicoles family.
