Nicholas Norman Swearingen

Nicholas Norman Swearingen, infant son of Christopher Swearingen and Jessica Miller, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2006 at St. Frances Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. Nicholas was born on May 30, 2006 in Danville. He is survived by his parents; maternal grandparents- James E. and Kelly Miller of Danville; paternal grandparents- Robin L. and Lisa I. Swearingen of Ridge Farm; maternal great-grandparents- Sue and the Late Norman Killion of Danville and Ann Miller of Danville; paternal great-grandmother- Rhea Swearingen of Tilton; paternal great-grandfather- Donald (Sue) Swearingen of Danville; and several Aunts and Uncles. He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents William and Sonna Carman. A celebration of life funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, with Rev. Tom Schoenherr officiating. Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Gordon Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Sunset Memorial Park towards the purchase of Nicholass grave marker.
