Nelle L. Blackerby

Howard, Ind. - Nelle L. Blackerby, 76, of Howard, passed away at 11:28 p.m. EST Friday, March 2, 2018 at her residence.

She was born January 16, 1942 in Cayuga, Indiana the daughter of the late Ruth E. (Hinote) Dowers and James E. Jennings.

Survivors include her son, James (Kelsey) Androusky of Howard, Indiana; daughter, Julie Muniz of Comfort, Texas; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Janice Billingsly of Westville, Illinois, and one brother, John (Tina) Davis of Lodi, Indiana.

Nelle was preceded in death by one daughter and one son.

Nelle attended the Cayuga Holiness Church. She enjoyed riding with her son in his semi. Nelle will be missed deeply by her family and friends.
