Nancy Jane Phillips

Nancy Jane Phillips, 81 of Tilton passed away on Monday June 11, 2018 at 5:05pm. She was born in Catlin on July 31, 1936, one of six children of Raymond and Margaret Johnson. On May 5, 1957 Nancy married the love of her life Richard "Dick" Phillips. Dick was always Nancy's biggest supporter and best friend. Together, 50 years before his passing on September 3, 2007. She is also preceded in death by her parents and son Mike Phillips who passed on December 8, 1990. Nancy is survived by sons, Rick, Jeff and Steve Phillips; 8 grandchildren, Ryan, Michael, Melissa, Trei, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Matthew, Brandon and 14 great-grandchildren. Nancy enjoyed playing cards and crocheting. She had a true passion for rummaging searching for salt and pepper shakers for her extensive collection. Nancy loved spending time and telling stories to her grandchildren and going on long drives with her husband Dick. Nancy had a special bond with Brenda, her daughter in law. She loved their walks outside, enjoying the birds, flowers and sunshine. Nancy has been laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park on June 19, 2018.
