Perrysville, Ind. -- Morris G. Dunham, 74, of Perrysville, passed away at 10:22 a.m. EST Friday, March 6, 2009 at his residence in Perrysville. Morris was born on September 2, 1934 in Perrysville, Indiana, the son of the late Glenn and Genevieve Kell Dunham. He married Dixie Goodwin on November 15, 1952 in Paris, Illinois. She survives. Other survivors include his children: Deborah(Ronald)Cunningham of Covington, Indiana; Steven(Donna)Dunham of Perrysville, Indiana and Rick Dunham of Covington, Indiana; four grandchildren, Nicole(Paul)Thompson of Indianapolis, Indiana; Zachary(Jessica)Dunham of Lafayette, Indiana; Stacy(Kevin)Kittell of Westville, Illinois and Zachery Scott Dunham of Danville, Illinois; five great granddaughters, Riley Iaria, Payton Iaria and Avery Thompson all of Indianapolis, Indiana; Madison and Hanna Kittell of Westville, Illinois; two step great grandchildren, Tyler and Sydney Thompson both of Indianapolis, Indiana; one sister, Paula(Bob)Williams of Covington, Indiana; three brothers, Paul(Helen)Dunham and John(Sarah)Dunham both of Perrysville, Indiana; David(Charlene)Dunham of Cayuga, Indiana. Morris was preceded in death by one sister, Norma Marxmiller and one brother, Charles Dunham. Morris retired from the Maintenance Department at Olin-Flexel in Covington, Indiana on January 31, 1997 after 41 years. He attended the Covington United Methodist Church. Morris was a graduate of Perrysville High School. He enjoyed his cat, dog, woodworking and golf. Funeral services: 10 a.m. EDT Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Officiating: Rev. Tom Hoehner; Burial: Hopewell Cemetery in Rileysburg, Indiana; Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. EDT Monday, March 9, 2009 at the funeral home.
