Milton Bryant, 87, of Danville passed away on April 2, 2025, at OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center in Urbana. He was born on January 12, 1938, to the late Raymond and Estella Bryant in State Line, Indiana, where he and his siblings were raised.
Milton had a long and varied career, working at several printing presses that included Interstate, Eureka, and Caldwell Printing. Outside of work, he had a deep love for the outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing, and spending time out on the water. He cherished the moments spent fishing with his brother Terry, who passed away a few years ago. A lover of music, Milton could often be found on stage singing karaoke at local pubs or testing his luck at gambling. He was a proud member of the Moose Lodge for many years. Known as a true jack-of-all-trades, Milton also managed a farm where he raised cattle and chickens and worked as both a butcher and a milkman throughout his life.
In addition to his parents, Milton was preceded in death by his son Mike Bryant; granddaughters Michelle Bryant, Joe Williams, and Kristina Williams Sherman; and his siblings Shirley, Betty, Connie, Terry, Glenn, and Jimmy.
Milton is survived by his children Mark (Rhonda) Bryant, Andy (Hope) Bryant, and Marilyn Bryant; his sister Rose Hardy; and his companion of many years, Eunice Williford. He is survived by 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren as well.
