Mildred Standwich

Mildred Standwich, 80, of Danville, died at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2006, at her residence. Mildred was born October 23, 1926, in Danville, the daughter of Allen and Francis (Pierce) Fauver. She married William Standwich Jr. on October 16, 1952 in Danville. He survives. Mildred is survived by a son, William (Patty) Standwich III of Danville; two daughters, Sherri (Dave) Hart of Danville and Janet (Dan) Negangard of Catlin; seven grandchildren, Sam, Kahla, Eric, Annie, Justin, Dylan, and Rachel and her dog, Ollie. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Terri Standwich, three brothers, Everett, Merle, and Gene Fauver, and one sister, Vivian Goodrich. Mildred retired in 1991 from Valmont, which was previously G.E. She enjoyed many outdoor activities, including gardening, camping, and fishing. Mildred also loved flowers.
