Mildred L. Vallangeon

Mildred L. Vallangeon, 76, of Westville, passed away at 9:21pm , Friday, September 29, 2017, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. She was born on December 8, 1941, in Danville, IL, the daughter of Earl and Irene (Calhoun) Brewer, both deceased. She was united in marriage to Ronald Vallangeon on June 25, 1959, he survives. She will be dearly missed by: daughters, Loretta (Dean) West of Danville and Debra Vallangeon of Westville ; Grandchildren, Amy (Luke) Phillips, Misty (Christopher) Cook, Chris (Taylor) Hathaway and Catherine Balsomello; one brother and one sister; 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Bob Brewer. Mildred loved spending her time bowling. She enjoyed spending time with her family that she loved dearly. A Celebration of Mildred's life will be at 2:00pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Sunset - Urbas Chapel, 414 S. State St. Westville. Visitation will be from 1:00pm to 2:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Westville.
