Michael P. Pelszynski

Michael P. Pelszynski Sr., 63, of Georgetown, passed away at 7:16pm, Saturday, March 27, 2010, at Vermilion Manor Nursing Home, Danville. He was born on October 18, 1946, in Danville, IL, the son of John M. Sr. and Mary {Wood} Pelszynski, both deceased. He was united in marriage to Judith Lippert on August 16, 1968, in Danville, IL. She will miss him dearly. Other survivors include: his son, Michael (Heather) Pelszynski Jr of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Kristina Pelszynski of Georgetown & Kylie McMasters of Tilton; his great grandson, William Connor; his siblings, Corky (Donna) Pelszynski of Tilton, Marty (Dawn) Pelszynski of Georgetown, Danny Pelszynski of Tilton, & Annie (Dale) Tiffin of Sidell; and several nieces & nephews. Michael loved cars and riding his Harley. He also enjoyed reading, playing pool, and drinking beer. Michael loved his family and cherished spending time with his granddaughters. The family would like to give a special Thank You to his daughter-in-law, Heather, for her special care until the end. A celebration of Michaels life will be held at 3:00pm, Saturday, April 3, 2010, at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel, 414 S State St, Westville, with visitation from Noon to 3pm prior to service. As were his wishes, Michael will be cremated.
