Cayuga, Ind. -- Michael Hawn, 53, of Cayuga, Indiana, passed away at 5:02 p.m. EDT Thursday, July 23, 2009 at Union Hospital Clinton in Clinton, Indiana. He was born March 28, 1956 in Clinton, Indiana, the son of the late Samuel W. and Elsie M. Kinderman Hawn. Survivors: three sisters, Freda Weaver of Catlin, Illinois; Carol(Ray)Lewis of Rockville, Indiana and Cheryl(Steve)Bullington of Murray, Kentucky; Aunts, Betty(Don)Delp of Cayuga, Indiana; Virginia Baldwin of Attica, Indiana; Mary Jane Hawn and Mary Lou Hawn both of Cayuga, Indiana; Special Caregiver and Niece, Diane(Curt)Prather of Cayuga, Indiana with whom he resided, he also adored nieces, Linda; Rhonda, Stephanie, Laura, Alison and Adrian. Mike was a member of the Eugene United Methodist Church and also attended the Cayuga Church of the Nazarene. Mike was recently awarded a 25 year certificate from C.A.R.S., Shawnee Center in Attica, Indiana. Graveside services and burial: 10 a.m. EDT Monday, July 27, 2009 at Thomas Cemetery in Newport, Indiana; Officiating: Rev. Jon Overbey and Rev. Don Morgan. There will be no visitation.
