Melissa Talkowski

Melissa Dawn Talkowski, 28, left this life to join her Grandpa Warstler at 10:10 a.m. on Friday, May 6 2005. Melissa was born on February 28, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Joseph Richard and Randelyn Rena (Warstler) Talkowski. She was engaged to be married to Thomas E. Kilpatrick III. He survives. She is also survived by her parents- Joseph and Randi Talkowski of Georgetown, Illinois; 1 sister- Melanie Rena Talkowski of Georgetown, Illinois; maternal grandmother- Betty Warstler of Georgetown, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her 1 infant brother- Joseph Richard Talkowski; 1 infant sister- Miranda Jo Talkowski; Paternal Grandparents- Roman and Wiktoria Talkowski; maternal grandfather- Gera Warstler; 2 uncles- Theodore Talkowski and Zbigniew Talkowski. Melissa was a 1996 graduate of Georgetown High School. Melissas love of children encouraged her to earn a degree in Early Childhood Development. Her compassion for those less fortunate lead her to working with the handicapped. Melissas creativity showed through in her love of painting, ceramics, and crafts. Melissa, Melanie, and their mom lent their combined talents to make family and friends weddings and events memorable occasions.
