Mazzie Breanne Cox

Danville - Mazzie Breanne Cox, 3, of Danville passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at her home. She was born on August 11, 2010 in Danville, the daughter of Charles Russell and Naomi Brea Cox. They survive. Also surviving are four siblings including her twin sister Nerissa Cox, brother Gabriel Yaden, sister Felicity Cox, and brother Camden Cox; paternal grandparents, Pam and Floyd Cox; maternal grandparents, Kathy and Dennis Yaden; paternal aunts and uncles, Joe and Jamie Cox, Jon and Lacey Cox, and Nicole Cox; maternal aunts and uncles, Josiah and Deborah Yaden, and Zech and Maggie Yaden; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents and two cousins, Brody Cox, and Nakota Jones. Mazzie loved to go fishing and run whenever she could. She was special friends with her dog Odie but especially loved to be with her twin sister. Mazzie was a happy, good spirited girl who left her mark on those around her. She will be missed. A service to celebrate the life of Mazzie Cox will be held at 2 PM on Monday, May 5, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home in Danville. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. Visitation will be held from 1-2 PM prior to the service on Monday, also at Sunset in Danville. Memorials may be made to a memorial fund for Mazzie c/o First Midwest Bank in Danville.
