Matthew Kent Walter Matthew Kent Walter, 52, of Danville, passed away in the evening on June 3, 2008 at his residence. Matthew was born in Danville on December 31, 1955, the son of William R. and Beverly A. (Hill) Walter. He was joined in marriage to Becky Niccum in March of 2003. Matthew is survived by his daughter Ashley Walter of Lafayette, IN, and his father Bill. He was preceded in death by his wife Becky and his mother. Matthew was the president of MIFCO Manufacturing for many years and enjoyed herpetology, astronomy, and music. He was known for his wicked sense of humor and enjoyed traveling in the American West. Graveside services for Matthew Kent Walter will be held on Friday June 13, 2008 at 10:00 am at Sunset Memorial Park located at 3901 N. Vermilion St. in Danville.
